India Today
As Sikhs treat Guru Granth Sahib as a living guru, sacrilege is considered as heinous as murder. Any statement against those involved in the lynchings is treated against religion.
Punjab’s many political parties continue to remain silent on the recent lynching of two persons accused of sacrilege that shook the state.
