The Bombay High Court on Wednesday asked Param Bir Singh why he has still not filed an FIR against Anil Deshmukh, against whom he had levelled serious allegations. As senior advocate Vikram Nankani argued Param Bir Singh’s Public Interest Litigation (PIL), the division bench of Chief Justice Dipankar Datta and Justice G S Kulkarni asked him, why has Singh not registered an FIR? Nankani argued that Singh wanted to avoid the “chakravyuh” where he would have to make a futile attempt at registering an FIR and if the FIR does not get filed, then approach a magistrate court with a plea to register an FIR.More Related News
