Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor will get married at the latter's house in Mumbai. They had initially decided to have a destination wedding, but the plans could not materialise.
Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor's grand wedding is just around the corner. The couple will tie the knot in an intimate ceremony at Ranbir's house, Vastu. According to reports, the couple had earlier planned to have a destination wedding in a foreign country. They had also decided to host pre-wedding festivities at Alia's bungalow in Panvel. However, the Covid-19 pandemic and several other factors forced the couple to change their wedding destination.
After dating for five years, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are all set to get married. Their wedding will have only 28 people in attendance. Nearly 200 bouncers have been hired for the grand wedding, which will take place at Ranbir Kapoor's home, Vastu, in Bandra, Mumbai.
Reportedly, Alia and Ranbir had decided to have a destination wedding. They had planned pre-wedding functions at Alia's Panvel bungalow as well. However, they couldn't go ahead with the plan due to the novel coronavirus pandemic and many other contributing factors.
Now that the couple decided to enter wedlock, Ranbir and Alia chose the former's home as the wedding destination. The preparations are going on in full swing. Soon, they are expected to make an official announcement.
While Alia Bhatt is currently shooting for Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani in Panvel, Ranbir Kapoor is in Goregaon working on his upcoming film with director Luv Ranjan. The two have decided to wrap up their work commitments ahead of their big day.
As opposed to a grand wedding, Ranbir and Alia will get married in an intimate ceremony with family members and close friends in attendance. The two will host grand reception parties for their friends in Bollywood.
