When Shibani Dandekar openly asked Farhan Akhtar about marriage on a chat show

Shibani Dandekar once openly asked her beau Farhan Akhtar about marriage on a chat show. And the Bollywood actor was quick enough to give her the month of their wedding.

Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar have been madly in love with each other for 4 years now. The couple got married today, February 19, in an intimate ceremony with their close friends and family in attendance. Farhan and Shibani had always been open about their love affair and that was reflected in their social media PDA. Back in 2019, Shibani had openly asked Farhan about their wedding on a chat show. And the actor was spontaneous enough to answer it.

Three years ago, Farhan appeared in the second season of Tape Cast with Bollywood actress Bhumi Pednekar. On the chat show, Bhumi played a 'do not play' cassette for Farhan and hoped that there would be an interesting question for Farhan. And much to Bhumi's surprise, it had Shibani's recording, in which she asked Farhan: 'When are we getting married?'

In response to this, Farhan said, "I don't know, maybe April or May." Besides talking about their wedding, the actor had also showered praise on his ladylove on the chat show.

In Tape Cast Season 2, Farhan called his ladylove Shibani an 'amazing woman'. "It's been very special, the last year... You know we've been getting to know each other and I couldn't be happier about it. But with the social media world again, we are constantly being told about the things we should be doing (laughs). But ya, I have never felt so comfortable to share my personal stuff but I don't know, I just feel like somehow with celebrating all this, it just feels very natural to me," the Toofan actor said.

Meanwhile, we wish a happy married life to Farhan and Shibani.
