Late writer-actor Shiv Subramaniam's last co-stars Abhimanyu Dassani and Sanya Malhotra shared tributes to him on Monday. Mr Subramaniam was cremated on Monday; no cause of death has been revealed. Shiv Subramaniam was last seen in the 2021 film Meenakshi Sundareshwar, playing a Tamil patriarch. The film starred Sanya and Abhimanyu as the titular Meenakshi and Sundareshwar, a young married couple separated for work. In a tweet posted on Monday, Abhimanyu shared a still of himself and Shiv Subramaniam from the film. "So kind, so gentle, witty and caring. Rest in peace Shiv sir.
