West Indies have picked uncapped opener Jeremy Solozano for their two-Test series in Sri Lanka after dropping opening batter Kieran Powell.
West Indies have named young uncapped opener Jeremy Solozano in the 15-man squad that will play two Tests on the Sri Lanka tour as part of the ongoing World Test Championship cycle. West Indies have included all-rounders Jason Holder and Roston Chase, who are currently in the United Arab Emirates for the T20 World Cup.
However, there was no place for senior batsman Darren Bravo, opener Kieran Powell and pacer Alzarri Joseph in the 15-man squad that will be led by Kraigg Brathwaite when the series starts later this month.
