The President promised every Ukrainian who lost his house or apartment as a result of hostilities or shelling, that the state would "restore everything".
In a video message on Wednesday, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy expressed his confidence in his country's citizens and said that they will be able to "quickly rebuild the state after the end of the war against Russia."
According to a Ukrinform correspondent, Zelenskyy said, "We are already working on programs to rebuild our country after the war. I am confident that we will be able to rebuild our state quickly. Whatever the damage ... It will be a historical reconstruction, a project that will inspire the world"
