The FDA is asking manufacturers to voluntarily reduce salt in the foods they produce and says it needs the help of consumers to make that happen.
Yet I am still getting over the recommended daily limit of 2300 milligrams of sodium by eating out or by adding processed or prepared ingredients to the meals I make.
Take salad dressing, for example.
