Jammu Kashmir Vichar Manch held a protest and hunger strike at Jantar Mantar in Delhi, against the targeted killings in Kashmir.
Kashmiri civil society organisations held a protest and day-long hunger strike at Jantar Mantar against the recent targeted killings in the valley. “We need to stop Islamisation of Kashmir. Kashmir is being Talibanised, people are carrying pistols in their pockets and have a hit list to kill Kashmiri Hindus,” one of the protestors said.
He further added that the killing of Kashmiri Hindus needs to stop. “It is the return of the old days. Being nationalist has become a slang in Kashmir,” he said.
Jammu Kashmir Vichar Manch, in association with All India Kashmiri Samaj, JKSC, Roots in Kashmir and Kashmiri Sevak Samaj, organized the protest.
