Watters rips White House calls for UN to probe US 'injustices': Communist China, Cuba will 'call us racist'

The panel on “The Five” discussed Secretary of State Antony Blinken's invitation to the United Nations' human rights council arm to investigate what he claimed are alleged injustices in the U.S. system and American society.
"They are inviting the rest of the world to do it," he said. "Blinken said it is to confront the 'scourge of racism, racial discrimination and xenophobia here at home' and around the world. And the White House is actually backing him up." Watters alluded to White House press secretary Jen Psaki telling reporters that President Biden believes "responsible nations" should not "shirk from scrutiny of their human rights record." However, Watters noted that America's supposed horrific human rights record will be scrutinized by the likes of Communist countries with histories of oppression like Cuba and China, both of which are on that particular UN council.More Related News
