PWD officials reported on Monday that water levels in Papanasam and Manimuthar dams were 102.75 ft and 70.85 ft respectively, with inflows of 1,510.84 and 1,560 cusecs and discharges of 304.75 and 35 cusecs. Rainfall (in mm) in the last 24 hrs ranged from 13.4 to 68.

The level in Manimuthar dam was 70.85 ft (118 ft) with an inflow of 1,560 cusecs and a discharge of 35 cusecs.
