Water crisis looms over parts of Delhi | Check areas likely to be affected

Delhi will face water shortage due to a reduction in the release of Yamuna water by Haryana and also due to a depletion in water levels in the Wazirabad Pond.
Water supply in Delhi will be affected next week, starting from Sunday, due to a reduction in the release of Yamuna water by Haryana. The crisis is likely to be aggravated as the water level in the Wazirabad Pond has come down from the normal level of 674.5 feet to 667.6 feet. There will be a shortage of water till the pond level improves to normal. The Delhi government has taken steps for the rationalization of water throughout the national capital to tackle the crisis.More Related News
