Various artistic gymnastics event finals give Canada multiple chances to land on the podium on Monday.
Following Canada's double medal showing in the team events, and Cambridge, Ont., native Emma Spence's capture of the bronze in the women's all around, the nation's top gymnasts look to add hardware in individual apparatus.
Monday's finals include the women's vault and uneven bars, and the men's floor, rings and pommel horse. Felix Dolci of Laval, Que., missed the all around podium by the narrowest of margins (0.2 points) but he's qualified for the finals in floor and rings. His first individual Commonwealth Games medal could well be within his grasp.
