Washington — President Biden is meeting Monday with Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kadhimi at the White House for talks that are expected to broach the future of the U.S. military footprint in Iraq.
There are currently about 2,500 U.S. troops in Iraq supporting the Iraqis' fight against ISIS.
