Watch Canadian swimmers compete at the world short course championships

The short course championship is contested in a 25m pool instead of 50m.
Wednesday morning's preliminary swims saw the Canadian mixed 4x50m medley relay team of Kylie Masse, Finlay Knox, Ilya Kharun, and Ingrid Wilm post the fastest time of one minute, 37.26 seconds to win the heats.
Elsewhere, Canadian Sophie Angus advances to tonight's semifinals in the women's 100m breaststroke.

Summer McIntosh is joined by 17 Canadians who make up a strong team with depth and talent including Kylie Masse, Sydney Pickrem and Penny Oleksiak. Fifteen out of the 18 swimmers on the roster competed on the Paris team that won eight medals.
The meet ends on Sunday.
