Steve Killelea: Nach dem Krieg um die Krim und in der Ost-Ukraine 2014 ging die Zahl der Terroranschläge stark nach oben und erreichte im Folgejahr einen Höhepunkt. 78 Attacken mit 16 Toten wurden seinerzeit verzeichnet. Danach ließen diese stark nach, es gab noch drei oder vier pro Jahr.
