
'Was in jail, have no connection with Sandeep Gadoli fake encounter': Binder Gujjar in bail plea

Binder Gujjar alias Virendra Karansingh Gujjar filed a bail application in Bombay High Court in connection with the Sandeep Gadoli fake encounter case.
Jailed gangster and former Gurugram councillor Binder Gujjar alias Virendra Karansingh Gujjar, has filed a bail application in Bombay High Court in connection with the Gadoli fake encounter case of 2016.
According to the prosecution, the case dates back to when Binder’s driver Ashok Gujjar was shot dead by Haryana gangster Sandeep Gadoli on October 4, 2015. Four months later, on February 7, 2016, Gadoli was shot dead by some Gurugram policemen at the Airport Metro Hotel in Mumbai's Andheri.
