The call for foreign intervention against Nicolas Maduro, promoted by former Colombian Presidents Alvaro Uribe and Ivan Duque, provoked a reaction from Caracas, where the Venezuelan leader predicted a joint response from Venezuela, Cuba and Nicaragua.
