Virginia Tech disenrolls students over COVID-19 vaccine mandate

More than 100 Virginia Tech students were removed from the fall semester roster after they failed to comply with the university’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate, officials said.
"They did not submit vaccination documentation or receive a medical or religious exemption," university spokesman Mark Owczarski told the newspaper. Owczarski said it’s unclear whether any of the students who didn’t provide vaccination proof weren’t planning to return in the fall for reasons unrelated to the mandate.More Related News
