IPL 2022: Former Royal Challengers Bangalore captain Virat Kohli said MS Dhoni's captaincy tenure will be an unforgettable chapter in the history of the Indian Premier League. Dhoni, on Thursday, handed over CSK captaincy to Ravindra Jadeja.
Former India captain Virat Kohli on Thursday reflected the thoughts of thousands of MS Dhoni fans, wishing the Chennai Super Kings star after he quit as the skipper of the 4-time Indian Premier League champions. Kohli took to social media to laud Dhoni for his hugely successful tenure as the captain of CSK.
Virat Kohli's message comes after MS Dhoni decided to hand over CSK captaincy to Ravindra Jadeja, 2 days ahead of the IPL 2021 season. CSK confirmed the move, while also adding that Dhoni "will continue to represent Chennai Super Kings this season and beyond".

Virat Kohli, who idolizes his former captain MS Dhoni, has shared plenty of memorable moments with the World Cup-winning skipper. Kohli and Dhoni always had time for chat before or after IPL games in which they led their respective franchises.
