Villagers tie up, thrash 2 men who kidnapped Class 11 student in Rajasthan’s Bharatpur

Four men kidnapped a Class 11 student at gunpoint in Rajasthan’s Bharatpur. However, villagers managed to nab two of the accused and free the student. They further tied the two kidnappers to a tree and thrashed them before handing them over to the police.
Villagers in Rajasthan’s Bharatpur caught two men who had kidnapped a Class 11 student, tied them up to a tree and thrashed them. The Class 11 student, who was returning home from a government school on Tuesday, September 13, was kidnapped at gunpoint by four men.
However, villagers who were nearby caught the miscreants. Two of the kidnappers managed to escape while the two others who were nabbed by the villagers were tied to a tree and beaten up.
After thrashing them, the villagers handed over both the miscreants to Gopalgarh Police.
One of the kidnappers is an absconding accused wanted in a murder case. He, along with three of his companions, kidnapped the student at gunpoint on the way. Villagers caught the miscreants and released the student from their clutches.
The arrested kidnappers were identified as Abdul Khan and Azharuddin.
Gopalgarh police station in charge, Rajveer Singh, said “A person filed a complaint that his nephew was kidnapped by four men while returning home from school. Two of the miscreants were caught by villagers in Tilakpuri, who handed them over to the police.”
Further investigations are underway.
