‘Vidyapati’: Nagabhushan’s comedy drama, produced by Dhananjaya, gets a release date

Written, edited and directed by Esham and Haseen Khan, ‘Vidyapati’ stars Nagabhushana and Malaika T Vasupal in lead roles
The Kannada film Vidyapati, starring Nagabhushana and Malaika T Vasupal, has got a release date. Produced by actor Dhananjaya under the banner Daali Pictures, the comedy drama is set to release on April 10, 2025.
Vidyapati marks the fourth production venture of Daali Pictures. The film boasts an impressive cast, including Rangayana Raghu as Karate Master. The movie is written, edited and directed by Esham and Haseen Khan.
Lavith has handled the cinematography while DOSSMODE has composed the music. Muruli has done the dance choreography while Sujith Venkataramaiah has penned the lyrics. Arjun Master has overseen the action sequences.

Nagabhushan previously starred as the lead in the comedy drama Tagaru Palya (2023), directed by debutant Umesh K Krupa and produced by Dhananjaya. Meanwhile, Dhananjaya was last seen in Kotee (2024), directed by Parameshwar Gundkal.
