Victor Davis Hanson: Critical race theory leads Nevada judge to acquit illegal alien because law was 'racist'
Fox News
Historian Victor Davis Hanson joined "Fox News Primetime" and ripped a Nevada judge's decision to declare federal law prohibiting reentry by previously deported illegal aliens to be unconstitutional based on her assertion that the law is racist.
"Well, she read the law too -- the difference is she doesn't think it has any currency as she is an advocate of critical theory, critical legal theory, and critical race theory," Hanson said of Du on "Fox News Primetime". Carrillo-Lopez's lawyers thereby argued the 1952 law codified as 8 USC 1326 is discriminatory against "Latinx" individuals, according to KLAS. Hanson called that claim ridiculous, adding that a recent Pew poll found only 3% of Latinos use the socially acceptable term "Latinx".More Related News
