Vermont Lifts Remaining COVID Restrictions

Vermont joins most of the country in fully reopening.

Vermont is making strides in its COVID vaccination campaign.  Gov. Phil Scott announced it's now the first state to vaccinate 80 percent of eligible residents.  As such, he's lifting all remaining pandemic restrictions, joining most of the country in fully reopening.
