Veda Krishnamurthy on losing mother, sister: Did everything right but Covid-19 found its way

India women's cricketer Veda Krishnamurthy on Monday penned down an emotional tribute for her mother and sister who recently passed away after battling Covid-19.

India's women's cricketer Veda Krishnamurthy on Monday paid an emotional tribute to her mother and sister who succumbed to the coronavirus, saying her family did everything right, but still Covid-19 found its way. Veda Krishnamurthy has lost two family members to Covid-19 in the last few weeks. Vatsala Shivakumar, 45, died of COVID-19 at a private hospital in Chikkamagaluru, just 2 weeks after Veda's mother succumbed to the virus.
