'Utter disaster': Lindsey Graham calls for Zelenskyy resignation after White House throwdown

Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., said Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy needs to either resign or change because Americans may not be willing to do business with him.
