Amid a political crisis in Uttarakhand, BJP general secretary Dushyant Kumar Gautam and former Chhattisgarh chief minister Raman Singh, who were sent as observers, underlined serious concerns about the state of affairs in the party unit in its report to the BJP high command. Following the report, Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat has cancelled all his engagements on Monday and is likely to meet the party leadership in Delhi. The development comes amid speculations about a leadership change in Uttarakhand as several ministers and MLAs have expressed apprehensions over the working style of Rawat.
