Tirath Singh Rawat inducted 11 new ministers in his cabinet on Friday, two days after he was sworn in as the chief minister of Uttarakhand
Two days after being sworn-in as the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, Tirath Singh Rawat expanded his Cabinet on Friday and inducted 11 new ministers in a simple function at the Raj Bhavan. Satpal Maharaj, Bansidhar Bhagat, Harak Singh Rawat, Bishan Singh Chuphal, Yashpal Arya, Subodh Uniyal, Arvind Pandey, and Ganesh Joshi took oath as Cabinet ministers. Dhan Singh Rawat, Rekha Arya, and Swami Yatishwarananda were sworn in as ministers with independent charges. Uttarakhand with the assembly strength of 70 members can have a total of 12 ministers, including the Chief Minister. With 11 new ministers sworn in, Tirath Rawat’s cabinet has attained its full strength.More Related News
