Here's how every American player performed against Germany during the Olympic semifinal

The U.S. women's national team is back in a gold medal match in the Olympics for the first time since 2012 after beating Germany in extra time on Tuesday in the semifinals, 1-0. It was Sophia Smith's goal early in the first half of extra time that was the early difference with Alyssa Naeher making a stunning foot save late on to preserve the victory. The Americans will now go for gold Sunday against either Spain or Brazil.
