Fox News
The U.S. Postal Service is giving a critical warning to Americans looking to vote by mail in the 2024 presidential election.
"If you choose to vote by mail, please mail early as every day counts," the USPS statement said. Elizabeth Elkind is a politics reporter for Fox News Digital leading coverage of the House of Representatives. Previous digital bylines seen at Daily Mail and CBS News.
"We continue to recommend that it is a good common-sense measure for voters who choose to mail in their ballots to do so before Election Day and at least a week before their election office needs to receive them. If a ballot is due on Election Day, the Postal Service recommends mailing the ballot by this Tuesday (October 29)." Follow on Twitter at @liz_elkind and send tips to elizabeth.elkind@fox.com
