A 17-year-old girl in Karnataka's Davanagere allegedly served poisoned food to her family members, killing her parents, younger sister and paternal grandmother, The Times of India said in a report.
According to the police, the girl was upset because of “ill-treatment” and what she perceived as her parents’ favouritism towards her other siblings. She has been sent to a juvenile court after her elder brother, who survived the poisoning, lodged a police complaint last Saturday.
