A newly married woman died by suicide after leaving behind a voice message for her brother in Uttar Pradesh's Bijnor district. A case of dowry harassment by her husband and in-laws is being suspected for taking this extreme step.

Pooja, 23, hanged herself at her in-laws' house in Khanpur Khadar village of Jalilpur area. According to her family, she was 8-months-pregnant.
