Uttar Pradesh police rescued a woman who had reportedly jumped into a dried-up well. As per a tweet by Uttar Pradesh Police, the Hamirpur police station was alerted about this woman and police reached there within minutes.

According to a tweet by Uttar Pradesh Police, the Hamirpur police station was alerted about a woman who had jumped into a well. To rescue the woman stuck there, a police officer climbed inside the well using a rope.
They made a makeshift pulley to rescue the woman stuck in the well. She had reportedly jumped into the well out of desperation. Police reached there within minutes and rescued her. Her injuries were first treated and then she was reunited with her family.
