Union govt successfully supplied 94.5 per cent of promised 51.6 crore vaccines till July

The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare said in a press release on Saturday that the Centre fell short of 2.82 crore Covid-19 vaccine doses from its target of delivering 51.6 crore doses.
The Union government has only fallen short of 2.82 crore doses from its target of delivering 51.6 crore doses of the Covid vaccines to states and union territories, as promised in the Supreme Court of India affidavit, informed the health ministry on Saturday. "More than 48.78 crores (48,78,63,410) vaccine doses have been provided to States/UTs so far, through all sources and a further 68,57,590 doses are in the pipeline," the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare said in a press release on July 31.More Related News
