Ukraine beauty queen Anastasiia Lenna has apparently taken up arms as she joins the military to fight against the Russians.
As the Russians try to capture the capital city of Kyiv, the commoners have joined the security forces in a bid to combat the Russian forces. A beauty queen and former Miss Grand Ukraine, Anastasiia Lenna, has reportedly joined the Ukrainian military to fight against the Russian invasion.
Taking to her social media account, Lenna said she had answered the call to defend her home.

“Everyone who crosses the Ukrainian border with the intent to invade will be killed!” said one post made in English on Saturday, accompanied by a photo of armed soldiers blocking a roadway.
Lenna represented Ukraine in the Miss Grand International beauty contest in the year 2015.
Earlier, Ukrainian Member of Parliament Kira Rudik shared a picture of herself holding a gun. "I learn to use Kalashnikov and prepare to bear arms. It sounds surreal, as just a few days ago it would never come to my mind. Our #women will protect our soil the same way as our #men," Kira Rudik wrote on Twitter.
