UEFA end Tottenham Hotspur's European dream following the COVID-19 outbreak

Tottenham Hotspur must forfeit their group stage game against Rennes said UEFA on Monday (December 20), which would mean a 3-0 defeat for Spurs and the club will get knocked out the UEFA Europa Conference League. 

Tottenham Hotspur have been knocked out of the Europa Conference League after UEFA said on Monday the English club must forfeit their final group game against Rennes following the cancellation of the match due to a COVID-19 outbreak at the London side.
