'Uddhav saheb said that he is with us till last moment’: Sanjay Raut’s brother

Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut’s brother Sunil Raut, in a conversation with the media outside the ED office, said that Sanjay Raut is not alone and that he has the support of the whole Shiv Sena.
In a conversation with the media outside the Enforcement Directorate (ED) office, Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut’s brother Sunil Raut claimed that the MP has the support of the whole party and that he is not alone.
Calling the allegations and charges against the Sena MP as political, Sunil Raut said that “whatever allegations are being named by the ED against Sanjay Raut are political allegations.”
Sunil Raut also alleged that another Shiv Sena MP, Bhavana Gawali, also received notice from the ED. However, she got a clean chit because she decided to side with Maharashtra chief minister Eknath Shinde.
“Why was action not taken against Bhavana Gawli when she also received notice from the ED. Gawli went with Eknath Shinde and now she has got clean chit,” added Raut.
The brother also lauded Raut for facing the probe agency. “Sanjay Raut did not run away like Yeshwant Jadhav and Bhavna Gawli.”
Talking about Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray, Raut said that Thackeray is supporting them.
“Uddhav sahib met my 84-years-old mother and said that he is with Sanjay Raut and family till last moment. Shiv Sena means Thackeray and whoever is with Thackeray they will be victorious, added Raut.
