The two men — identified as Gaus Mohammed and Riyaz Ahmed — who beheaded a Hindu tailor, Kanhaiya Lal, in Rajasthan's Udaipur on Tuesday, are said to be linked to a Pakistan-based extremist organisation.

The Udaipur murder was recorded on camera and the video went viral on social media. Kanhaiya Lal is believed to have been killed over a social media post supporting the comments of suspended BJP leader Nupur Sharma.
