Two Lashkar terrorists killed in Srinagar; guns, incriminating materials recovered

Two terrorists, who were part of Lashkar-e-Taiba, were killed in an encounter by Kashmir Police in Srinagar’s Soura. They have been identified as Shakir Ahmed Waza and Afreen Aftab Malik.
Two terrorists were killed in Kashmir’s capital, Srinagar, in the early hours of Friday, May 27. Kashmir Police killed the two terrorists in an encounter in Srinagar’s Soura area. They were members of Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT).
The two killed LeT terrorists have been identified as Shakir Ahmed Waza & Afreen Aftab Malik, both residents of Trenz Shopian village.
The two terrorists were in the 'C' category of terrorists. Police also found incriminating materials and arms & ammunition from them. One AK-47 and a pistol were recovered, reported ANI.

Inspector General of Police, Kashmir, Vijay Kumar, said that a total of 10 terrorists have been killed in encounters in the last three days. Seven of them belonged to Let, while three belonged to Jaish-e-Mohammed.
