Two persons were apprehended by the BSF for allegedly trying to smuggle 8,50,000 Riyal from Bangladesh to India through ICP Petrapole area of West Bengal's North 24 Parganas district. Both accused have been handed over to the police.
The Border Security Force (BSF) on Sunday apprehended two persons for allegedly trying to smuggle 8,50,000 Riyal (Rs 1,68,38,500) from Bangladesh to India through the ICP (international border) Petrapole area of West Bengal's North 24 Parganas district. Acting on a tip-off, troops of ICP Petrapole, 179 Battalion Sector Kolkata, carried out a vehicle checking operation near the international boundary on Sunday.More Related News
