Two dead following 2-vehicle crash north of Goderich

Two people died and two more were injured after a two-vehicle collision north of Goderich, Tuesday morning.
Just before 8:00 a.m., provincial police were called to Amberley Road in Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh Township, east of Lucknow.
At the scene, officers found what they describe as a "passenger vehicle" and a pickup truck with a trailer in tow. Police said both vehicles were heavily damaged.
Police said the driver of the passenger vehicle, a 54-year-old from Huron-Kinloss Township, and a passenger in the pickup truck, a 49-year-old from Brockton, were both pronounced dead on scene.
Another passenger of the pickup truck was flown to London by air ambulance, and the driver of the pickup truck was taken to a local hospital for minor injuries.
Police continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
They ask anyone with information regarding the crash to contact Huron County OPP.
