Cloudburst in Himachal's Bilaspur washed away two cowsheds, along with buffaloes and several goats on Thursday night.
Two cowsheds, along with livestock were washed away with water due to a cloudburst and heavy rainfall in Himachal's Bilaspur area on late Thursday night.
Due to heavy rainfall, drains were filled with water and it entered the cowsheds. Two buffaloes and seven goats swept away due to excessive water. However, the family members are safe.
The incident took place in the village of Ghumarwin sub-division of Sadar assembly constituency in Bilaspur district.
Loss of lives and properties have been reported in several parts of the state due to heavy rainfall.
In the last 24 hours, Kataula in the Mandi district received 125.6 mm of rain, and Baldwara and Sarkaghat witnessed 79.0 mm and 77.3 mm of rainfall, respectively.
