Twitter appoints California-based Jeremy Kessel as grievance officer after Dharmendra Chatur’s resignation

Twitter has appointed California-based Jeremy Kessel as the new grievance officer for India, as required under the new IT rules, a day after Dharmendra Chatur quit from the post.

A day after Dharmendra Chatur stepped down as Twitter's interim resident grievance officer for India, the platform appointed Jeremy Kessel as its new grievance official. An update on Twitter’s website on Monday morning showed that California-based Hermy Kessel had been appointed as the grievance redressal officer in India.
