Tuesday's elections will be 'fascinating test' of whether Biden's sinking popularity 'depressed' Dem vote

Former GOP Speaker Newt Gingrich says that Tuesday's elections will serve as a "fascinating test" of whether President Biden's low approval ratings sink Democrat turnout.

Gingrich added that "there's a lot at stake here" and that the Virginia election will also be a "good test" as to whether a "problem-solving" governor like Youngkin can go into the Washington D.C. suburbs and win over federal employees in blue areas.  Andrew Mark Miller is a reporter at Fox News.
