TTD presents prasadams to A.P. Chief Minister Naidu on the occasion of New Year. Vedic scholars render ‘vedashirvachanams’, invoking the blessings of Lord Venkateswara on the Chief Minister.
Vedic scholars from the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) rendered ‘vedashirvachanams’, invoking the blessings of Lord Venkateswara on Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Wednesday on the occasion of New Year.
TTD Executive Officer J. Syamala Rao, who called on the Chief Minister at his residence at Undavalli along with a team of pundits, honoured him with ‘Sesha Vastram’, laddu and ‘theertha’ prasadams, and diaries and calendars of the New Year.
Mr. Rao also explained to the Chief Minister the initiatives taken up by the TTD for the benefit of the devotees.
In the syndicate meeting on December 20, 2024, Peer Jhad Fahimuddin, a member, objected to an event of special lectures by resource persons and experts from Delhi and other States organised by the Kannada Department on December 15, 2024 under the banner of the university without inviting any statuary officer, syndicate or Academic Council members.
