Fox News
Friday seemed a successful day in court for former President Donald Trump – with one lawsuit against him withdrawn by the complainant and another dismissed by a judge, according to reports.
"It is so sad when things like this can happen, but so incredibly important to fight for the truth and justice. Only victory can restore one’s reputation." "The facts unearthed in this matter made it abundantly clear that our client did nothing wrong." "Mr. Cohen’s attempts at self-enrichment … once again failed."
In the second case, a New York state judge dismissed a 2019 lawsuit brought by former Trump attorney Michael Cohen, in which Cohen sought $1.9 million from Trump to cover legal expenses.
The reason behind Zervos’ action was not entirely clear but her lawyers issued a statement, Reuters reported.
