The Department of Health and Human Services withheld millions of dollars in funding from Planned Parenthood affiliates for allegedly violating Trump executive orders on DEI.
On Monday, nine state affiliates of Planned Parenthood that receive money from the federal government through Title X, a family planning program, got notices saying their funding was being "temporarily withheld." Greg Wehner is a breaking news reporter for Fox News Digital.
The publication said that the letter, which was provided by Planned Parenthood, pointed toward "possible violations" of Trump’s executive orders – like the banning of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) programs – and federal civil rights laws.
