Kavitha Maloth, a Member of Parliament (MP) from the Telangana Rashtra Samithi, was convicted by a special court in Hyderabad on Saturday in a cash-for-vote case. She reportedly bribed voters with cash during the 2019 Lok Sabha election. The MP from Mahabubabad constituency in Telangana was convicted by a special sessions court for MP and MLA cases. She was sentences six months' imprisonment and the court also imposed a fine od Rs 10,000 on her.More Related News
