Trouble in TRS camp, sacked minister Eatala Rajender meets BJP top brass in Delhi

Fresh trouble is brewing for the KC Rao-led TRS government in Telangana. Senior party leader Eatala Rajender, who was recently sacked from the cabinet, met with BJP top brass on Monday.

Former Telangana minister and founding member of the ruling TRS, Eatala Rajender, churned the rumour mill with the news of his possible defection when he met the BJP National President JP Nadda in Delhi on Monday. Speculations are rife that Eatala Rajender, who was recently sacked from his cabinet post by Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao over graft allegations, is set to join the BJP soon. Rajender is currently on a two-day scheduled visit to the national capital. On Monday, he met with BJP chief JP Nadda and Union home minister Amit Shah. It is expected that he will formally join the BJP before heading back to Telangana.
