Trivendra Singh Rawat only 2nd Uttarkahand CM to present 5 state budgets

Trivendra Singh Rawat resigned as the chief minister of Uttarakhand on Tuesday, nearly four years after he took oath. With his resignation, Trivendra Singh Rawat became yet another Uttarakhand chief minister who was unable to complete his full five-year tenure. In the 20 years since Uttarakhand's formation, Congress stalwart Narayan Datt Tiwari has been the only chief minister to have completed his full tenure of five years. Trivendra Singh Rawat was going to complete four years in office on March 17.
